Sweet Potato Crunch

Ingredients
1 large can of sweet potatoes or 3 cups of cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
1/4 stick butter, melted

Topping
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
pecan nuts

Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk and eggs. Beat together. Add vanilla flavor and butter, mix together. Pur into 9 x 13 dish.

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, and nuts. Add to top.

Bake for 30 mintues or until brown.
